Some IMC programs may require students to take a proctored examination and you will be required to pass such a test. You will not be charged an exam fee to take the test from one of our authorized testing centers. You can take the test as many times as needed to pass the course, but you will be charged an additional $100 each time you take a re-test after your first attempt. Upon successfully passing the required courses, you will receive the appropriate ADU qualification of Certificate, Diploma or Degree.
When you're ready to schedule the final exam, please call ADU at (804) 205 -1210 or send an email to info@adu.us.com. Please provide your city, state, zip code and any exceptional dates that you are not available for testing. Tests will be scheduled from 2 to 14 days upon notification to us that you would like to schedule a test.
When you arrive at the testing center, you will be asked to provide a valid form of identification, then be shown your testing room and given time to organize yourself before the exam begins.
Exams are taken on a computer, and will only be for a particular duration of time depending on the courses taken. Exams are immediately graded and published; when successfully passed, a certificate of completion will be emailed to the students.
In the event that you need to re-take an exam due to not receiving a passing grade of 50% or higher, a $100 re-exam fee will apply and will be assessed each time a candidate makes an appointment to re-take the exam. The candidate can re-take the exam as many times as needed until passing; however, a $100 re-exam fee will apply each time. Candidates will be required to select their future appointment date at the time they notify the ADU Call Center of their schedule change.
In the event that you need to reschedule an exam, the $100 rescheduling fee will apply and will be assessed each time a candidate makes any change to his/her previously scheduled appointment.
Candidates will be required to select their future appointment date at the time they notify the ADU Call Center of their schedule change.
Rescheduling an existing appointment must take place no later than 12:00 noon EST (Eastern Standard Time) on the third business day prior to the candidate's scheduled appointment. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
Cancellation of an appointment is not permitted. If you cancel an exam, regardless of the reason, your testing fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.
If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment or attempt to reschedule without giving the required notice, you will forfeit the entire test fee.
