ADU faculty members are chosen from an international pool of experts from academia and often bring strong private sector or industry experience. Experts from the United States, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, and Singapore bring real-world work experience and experience in applied research.

Courses are led by a full professor who is assisted by associate professors and course tutors who are selected based on their industry experience and academic excellence.
